PawContact

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information PawContact collects when you buy and set up your service page, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website and service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

PawContact ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Verónica Pérez Arroyo, located at Virgen 5552, Arboledas, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45070, Mexico. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to build and deliver your page:

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe through a secure checkout. Your card details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we receive only the confirmation and basic order details needed to fulfil your purchase.

5. Third-party services we use

To run the service, we share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers ("subprocessors"), which may process data in the United States or other countries:

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you across sites; it gives us only aggregate visit counts. Because we do not track you across the web, we honor browser "Do Not Track" signals by default.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to deliver and support your page, and as required for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time (see Section 8), subject to any records we must keep by law.

8. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

California residents: California law (including CalOPPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and to request changes. This policy describes the categories we collect (Section 2) and the third parties we share with (Section 5). We do not sell your personal information.

9. International users

We operate from Mexico and use providers based in the United States and elsewhere. If you use our service, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, which may have different data-protection rules.

10. Children's privacy

Our service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
