Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the PawContact service. By buying or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

PawContact ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Verónica Pérez Arroyo, located at Virgen 5552, Arboledas, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45070, Mexico. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

PawContact is a one-time service in which we create and publish a single mobile-friendly "service page" for your pet business, based on the information and images you provide. Each purchase includes:

The service does not include: a custom domain name, an online booking or appointment system, e-commerce/online payments on your page, ongoing marketing, unlimited edits, copywriting or translation beyond the content you provide, or design work outside the offered styles. Anything not expressly listed is not included.

3. Price and payment

The price is a one-time payment shown on our website at the time of purchase (currently $39 USD or $699 MXN, depending on your market). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The price is final and includes what is listed in Section 2. Additional modifications beyond the one included cost approximately $3 USD (about $40 MXN) each. Any promotional or introductory price is offered for a limited time and may change afterward.

4. Delivery

After your payment, we send you an intake form. Once you submit the completed form and your materials, we usually deliver your published page the same business day, and in most cases within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on receiving complete, usable information from you.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, text, and images you provide. By submitting them, you confirm that:

If your business provides veterinary or other regulated services, you are solely responsible for ensuring that what you publish complies with the professional and advertising rules that apply to you.

6. Revisions and corrections

Your purchase includes one free modification. To request it, use the correction link included in your delivery email, or simply reply to that email with the changes you want, and we will apply them. Additional changes after that are available for the fee noted in Section 3.

7. Refund and money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your page. If something on our end is wrong, we will fix it at no cost. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

8. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content and images you provide. We (and our licensors) keep ownership of the PawContact name, templates, designs, code, and the underlying platform. We grant you the right to use and share the published page we create for you. Published pages may display a small "Made with PawContact" credit.

9. Hosting and availability

Your page is hosted on our infrastructure and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, make technical changes, or, with reasonable notice, discontinue hosting; if we permanently discontinue your page, we will let you know so you can preserve your information.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purpose, or to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful, or that violates others' rights. We may decline or remove content, or cancel the service, if it breaches these Terms, and we will refund you where appropriate.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet every expectation or be error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Your purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time you buy.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and venues available to you where you reside.
